Tomorrow (March 5), the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court will trial defendant Truong My Lan (born 1956; Chairman of Van Thinh Phat Group Joint Stock Company) along with her husband Chu Lap Co and 84 accomplices in the case that occurred in Ho Chi Minh City. Van Thinh Phat Group Joint Stock Company, Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SCB) and related companies, units and organizations (referred to as the Van Thinh Phat case).
From the morning of March 4, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court basically completed the room arrangement, prepared tables, chairs, projection screens and a number of other facilities to serve the trial.
